I’m an Australian-born technology investor, advisor, and serial entrepreneur, now based in the U.S.
Most recently, I spent seven years building and scaling Luna, a leading in-home care delivery platform, to a $100M run rate – partnering with 3,500 clinicians and 25 hospital systems to deliver high-quality care in the home at national scale.
Today, I run First100 Advisory, where I’m both an investor and hands-on advisor to founder/CEOs. I help B2B teams close more of the deals already in their pipeline through practical GTM and sales execution – deal strategy, commitment engineering, pricing, negotiation, and executive alignment/access to power.
Previously, I co-founded BetterWorks (2013), a performance management platform backed by Kleiner Perkins and Emergence Capital, serving hundreds of enterprise customers. Earlier, I co-founded Badgeville (2010), a gamification and engagement platform acquired by CallidusCloud (and later SAP).
Over the last 20+ years, I’ve had the honor to work with and invest in exceptional teams, including Palantir Technologies, Addepar, RelateIQ (acquired by Salesforce), Gusto, Blend Labs, Turo, and others.
I live with my wife, Leah, and two sons (Colin and Aidan) in Austin, Texas. We followed our kids to Texas for their college experience (College Station and Dallas), and are gearing up to return to San Francisco in 2026.
